Everything here is a temperature

Some of it is colder than a Pennsylvania January. Some of it is hotter than a July attic. Here is the whole range, so you know what you are walking into.

−166°FCryotherapy
40°FCryo facial
RoomRed light
96°FDry float
150°FInfrared sauna

Every session is timed and supervised. First visit, someone walks you through it start to finish.

Whole body cryotherapy

−166°F3 minutes

You step into a chamber, it gets very cold very fast, and three minutes later you step out. People come in for it after training, after a long week, or because they like how alert they feel afterward.

Infrared sauna

150°F30–40 minutes

A dry, radiant heat that warms you directly rather than heating the air around you. Gentler than a traditional sauna, and easier to sit in for longer. Bring water.

Red light therapy

Room temperature15–20 minutes

You stand or lie in front of a panel of red and near-infrared light. Nothing touches you and nothing hurts. Most people use it as the quiet part of a longer visit.

Dry float

96°F45 minutes

You lie on a membrane suspended over warm water. You feel weightless without ever getting wet. Closest thing here to doing absolutely nothing on purpose.

Compression therapy

Room temperature20–30 minutes

Sleeves wrap your legs and inflate in waves from the feet up. Popular with runners and with anyone who has been standing all day.

Cryo facial

40°F20 minutes

A cooled wand worked across the face and neck. It feels bracing and takes about as long as a coffee break.

Sarah: this service list came from the previous owner's site. Tell me which equipment actually conveys with the sale, what you are adding, and what you are dropping. Times and temperatures are my estimates until you confirm them.

About Sarah

This is where your story goes, and it will do more work than any other page on this site. People choosing a wellness studio are choosing a person. Five or six sentences: what you did before, why you bought this place, what you want somebody to feel on their way out to the car. Send it as a voice memo and I will shape it.

A photo of you sits to the left of this text. Not a logo, not a stock image of a candle. You.

Visiting for the first time

Come about ten minutes early so there is time to show you around and get you set up. Wear whatever is comfortable. If you are doing cryotherapy, you will change into what the studio provides, so you do not need to bring anything.

Parking is directly in front of the suite.
